Our laser cut stencils are produced from the following materials depending on the type of application.
- Polypropylene is used for frequent applications they are extremely durable, reusable and washable.
- MDF board of 3mm thickness is preferred, more common for one-off use.
As professional stencil makers, we can cut stencils from various thicknesses, depending on how you intend to use them.

We find that 2-3mm polypropylene is priced right and suited for car parks, driveways, factory floors and other industrial and commercial areas.
Custom Stencil Creation
Learn about the stencils we can make for you and how to get an accurate quote:
- A high-resolution/vector outline image of your logo/graphic (such as an AI, CDR, or SVG file). Our prices are based on the amount of work required to convert your image into a stencil-friendly design. Therefore, to provide you with an accurate quote, please send us the highest quality image you have of the logo you wish to have made into a stencil.
- Provide the dimensions of the workable area you have, e.g., the stencil size is 1m x 1m with the shape/logo size cut out at 800mm x 800mm.
- How many stencils do you require? If you need more than one, we may be able to offer a better quote.
- Let us know how you intend to use the stencil so that we can advise on the best thickness and material for your project.

We can modify your design to make it ‘stencil-friendly’. If it requires major changes, we will need to apply our artwork/redraw fee. Please ensure you have the permission to use the image you send us. We will not replicate designs from other companies or infringe on copyright.

Cutting and delivery times vary based on the complexity, size, and quantity of your stencil order. We aim for a 1-4 day turnaround from confirmation of artwork. However, we will provide a more accurate timeline in the quote. Remember, all artwork must be approved before we begin production, ensuring you know exactly what your stencil will look like.
